I always come here for spicy handmade noodles! Love the chewy-ness of the noodles and the spice! Definitely satisfies any spice cravings I have! Their meat is nice and tender also!
Note: they do not take debit under $12 -

Do not order the old leather belt soup, which they call their beef hand-made noodle soup. Imagine buying a super market steak, trimming off the gristle, letting that harden and rot for a few days and then trying to decide if it's good enough to feed your dog. Seriously tough and chewy with no flavour. Even the food court soups have better quality beef.
The good is that the hand-made noodles are tasty with the right amount of chew, and the soup base is decent enough, mine didn't have the overt oiliness that other reviewers mentioned, although another cold chicken dish was lathered in the stuff.
Perhaps this is the style of chinese soup, but for my tastes Japanese, Korean, and Thai soup places are normally much higher quality. -

To say their soups are oily, is an understatement.
I ordered their Special Hand-Made Spinach Noodles with Beef. The "soup" is literally 95% oil and 5% water.
Don't get me wrong it is delicious! But seeing my noodles and toppings floating in oil was concerning. I couldn't even drink the soup without picturing myself drink a jug of cooking oil. Nope - couldn't do it.
Another strange thing I noticed, we were seated by the window at the very back and found insect bait chilling on the window sill. Ugh, kinda lost my appetite after that. -

If you're reading this, eat here. Oh, how I regret not ordering more to take home and eat later. I'm sad that I don't live close enough to come here. Everything about the dish was great, but the noodles make it.

Probably authentic, as clients are from Mainland and servers speak broken English, but I think the food is just too heavy for me.
I got A2. Handmade Noodles "Spicy" in Soup w/ Beef, but this is not really soup you can drink. Unless you like drinking oil...tasty oil. There was a thick blanket of oil coating the noodles underneath. Noodles were a bit undercooked. The cow probably died of old age as it was tough and grisly.
I don't want to totally slam them 'cause it's probably authentic, just "off day"/not really my thing.
